Additional Policies and Conditions
Pets: Clean and well behaved pets are welcome to stay in our pet friendly rooms for an additional $10 / night.
Guarantee policy: Credit card guarantee required or non-guaranteed rooms will be released 4:00 pm day of arrival.
Cancellation policy: With less than 72 hours notice on a guaranteed room, a one night room charge being billed to guests credit card.
Non-Smoking Policy: The Historic Lund Hotel is proud to offer guests a smoke-free environment. Please respect our non-smoking policy in our guest rooms to avoid a $200 sanitizing fee.
